Shipping: No matter how much you order - the shipping costs are always the same. Please click the button "Shipping" above to find out the shipping costs to your country. If for any reason the package arrives damaged, please check the contents before you sign for the item. Once you sign for the item you are agreeing that you have received the package in good condition and we are then unable to claim from the shipping company if items have become lost or damaged in transit.

 

Delivery Schedule: If goods are in stock we will despatch them in 1 - 2 working days. We only have relatively small stocks of certain specialised items (please do not trust the green "on stock" button, because it is not always correct). If these are not in stock they will be made to order and will take longer to arrive than standard stock items. We will inform you, if one of your desired items is not in stock, and we do our very best to ensure that your order is despatched as soon as possible. If everything is on stock, customers from the EU should expect their parcel in 2 - 6 working days, customers from the USA and Canada should expect their parcel in 6 - 10 working days. Parcels to other countries may take some more days. Please ask us! Unfortunately at the moment it is not always possible to track your parcel online. If your parcel does not arrive in the expected time, please contact us. We will help you immediately!

 

Tax Charges: VAT (Value Added Tax) is applicable for all orders delivered to countries within the EU. This tax is charged at a rate of 19%. All orders to be delivered outside the EU are VAT free. VAT will be deducted from your order when you select your shipping destination during checkout. If you are ordering from outside the EU then you may be charged tax by your own government, usually this is at a rate of about 5 to 7%. For orders to the USA under $1000 no tax will be charged.

 

Exchange Rates: The prices on our website are shown in EUR (Euro). To find out the prices in your home currency, please use the site www.xe.com to calculate it. While the rate you found out by www.xe.com is usually quite accurate, it may vary slightly from the rate you are charged by your bank. So please use this price as a guide only.

 

Guarantee: All of our products (except wear items like blades and gloves) are guaranteed for 6 months minimum (our scoring machines are guaranteed for 2 years). If a product fails inside this period, then please contact us at contact@fencing24.com and we will be happy to help you!

Returns Policy: All goods may be returned within 14 days (beginning with the day of delivery), provided a copy of the receipt is included and the goods are unused. Goods that are made especially made on customers wish (for example a jacket with printed name on its backside) cannot be returned. If the wrong size is ordered, then exchanges can be made - but shipping costs are at the customers expense. For returns from outside the EU there may be an import fee for goods being returned to Germany. However this is only incurred if you state the value of the goods being returned. It is very simple to avoid the fee: All returned goods must be clearly marked as a RETURN or GIFT, with a value of less than EUR 25.00 and they will be exempt from any import charges. When we despatch your exchange, we will also mark them as returns.
